Orphan Table

The Orphan Table is an area in the Dealer's Room where individual fans and groups can sell their Beauty and the Beast memorabilia and related items. The convention will sell the items for you, taking a 15% commission for acting as your agent. The benefit is that you can sell your items without having to pay for a table or spending your valuable con time staffing it. Win-win!
Here's how it works:

  • Provide a detailed written inventory of the items you are submitting. Prices must be included on that sheet.

  • Each item should be marked with a sticker with your initials and the price - this is how we track what items have been sold and who the money should go to. Don't forget to factor in the con's 15% commission when determining the price of the item.

  • You are responsible for any shipping costs to get the items to the con, then for the shipping of unsold items back to you after the con. As we get nearer to the con, we will provide information about how to ship packages to the hotel.

  • You can also donate Orphan Table items toward the con - we will accept the donation gratefully! This is also a good option for those unsold items that you don't want to have shipped back to you after the con. There are often post-con sales, or items can be saved and sold at the next convention.
